Since its the top kinda makes sense, that means even if you win enough games your elo is not "good enough" to be global - probally is after next ban wave.
Be patient and keep playing / increasing elo. :-)
And when is the next banwave?
It's like that in every elo based system, same with league of legends challenger, overwatch, chess, dota, etc.
Just play more. The mmr system has some "protection" against fast ups and downs and other things like that. There are actually articles on that with some proven info (though no one knows the exact algorythm yet).
Since you've won almost all your games it shouldn't be an issue to keep a positive ratio for some more days. Also mind that winning 16-14 doesn't reward you with same amount of elo as 16-0.
Ya i thought so too, most people just type random crap without having any info about it, but after winning 80% of every game and 10% draw, it kinda starting to tilts me that i still cant rank up in this troll system
If you would inform yourself about the elo system on which cs:go is based as well you would know better.

Since if you go play solo Q and win all 10 games straight on a new account you will always be LEM and after 21 wins always supreme (if you don#t lose) if what you say would be true it would not be the case.
However when you reach global always differs fastest time (I know about) was after 35 wins without losing on another test it was above 50 wins.
Take football for example not everyone can play in first league you have to wait until some people decline and then you won't be the one going to first league if you are only place 10th ish in second league.
But at least you wrote some bs to look cool for a second.
Lmao footbal and elo :D yeah nice example. You know there is another system of promotion in football, you don't have elo or glicko there. This is just getting ridiculous.
EDIT: just a fun fact. you won't be lem after 10 straight wins on a clean account as well. you may be or you may be not. It will depend on several factors as well like your opponents' rank for example and the scores. You can find dozens of threads on reddit where ppl discuss it btw.

I tested it myself with a smurf account went to 10 wins and lem friends reported same thing - was actually harder for us to get to gold nova /silver (never was below mg1 once in my life dunno how to get there)
Also tested by streamer, various cheaters did it in the past as well - allot of accoutns you can buy on LEM are on 10 wins allot of supreme accounts you can buy are on 21 wins.
Also you clearly didn't inform yourself about the CS:GO ranking system.
You can take 5 brand new accs with 4 friends and then go play but 1 is afk every match then you can do 100 matches and all 5 will be on the same rank while it doesn't matter who was top fragger or who was afk every single match.

And for the last part I gave you an example with capped ranks / leagues which you clearly didn't get though you would get an analogy my bad sorry for the trouble I caused your brain.

Also as far as you pretend to be an expert you should have probably known that top fragging doesn't affect your elo gains. This is actually one of the few facts officially confirmed by valve. So go back to football with your crappy examples.
