FACEIT AC update problem

As long as I am waiting for the faceit support to answer I will try my luck here, too.
I played one round on face it and after it the program told me I‘d have to download the app+ Faceit AC. Been there, done that, but now my problem:
The update just doesnt finish properly.

I can download the update, it takes like 2 seconds to fill the bar and then nothing more happens. It doesnt get installed, there is no error message, nothing. I can end it and restart the update but it keeps on doing this.
I couldn‘t find any topic about this but maybe somebody knows a fix?
OS is windows 10.

Sorry if the post is wrong here but I‘m totally done with matchmaking and hoped somebody could help me here since faceit support takes forever to respond 😅

kann ich mir gut vorstellen, dass das nervig ist mit supports

und bei den threads, die man sonst hier findet, ists wenigstens mal einer, der sinn macht vom inhalt her
