Operator Skins in Comp

Can we please remove the operator skin selection from comp the models are different and color schemes are used to blend in.

Valve CANNOT remove it now, R8 had skins on release so they instantly can't remove it, the second any amount of money is spent on it, it's too late, cause the community decides prices.

Why does nobody think about redesigning those models to be more viable in competitive??
Valve never gonna pull these back, once they are released it’s too late to do so.
