Nametag doesn't show in game

I recently bought a nametag and used it, but somehow the name doesn't appear in game

what do you mean ? only the white text doesn't appear or the whole name tag doesn't ? on what weapon ? what did you write on it ?

The name tag does appear, the text doesn't, it was applied on Butterfly Knife Rust Coat

yes i had a look at your knife in your inventory and the characters you choose won't appear as white text when you inspect the weapon (symbols, letters with accent éàù ect... and a whole bunch of others characters won't).
however we can still see its name when you pull it off or if you kill someone with it, it's just on the 3d model that it won't show

yeah but in this case what appears in white text is actual trash ^^ i almost would rather have nothing in white text rather than some &#!v@ ♥♥♥♥
