afaik the max supported ram speed is 2933(or something like that). you can try via bios/uefi to increase the mhz rate with the multipier but watch beforehand a tutorial in how to oc.
another idea wich is probably dumb is ocing the northbridge (but due the 450 chipset being relativley new it shouldnt give any stong performance boost)
thats normal my rams are 800mhz ddr2 rams and they work within a 322-400mhz range
however they do support dual channel
Please stop before you talk any more ♥♥♥♥.
The ram is ddr, that means double data rate, so 2666 ram is 1333x2, your ram does not operate within a 400mhz range stfu.
Op, your issue is nothing to do with a minor increase in ram clock which would yield 2 FPS tops.....
Someone sent me this :
As said, your effective RAM speed is 2666MHz. About how it affects performance, you could check the charts included in this article: https://www.legitreviews.com/ddr4-memory-scaling-performance-with-ryzen-7-2700x-on-the-amd-x470-platform_205154
With a 2700X and a GTX1080 Ti, going from 2666MHz to 3200MHz means a 10% increase on average FPS on Far Cry 5. I don't know if you would see the same kind of improvement with your system though, because the RX 570 is not as powerful and it's not going to max out the Ryzen 2600.
