The Status Of This Game
TLDR? - This game's going to ♥♥♥♥. Updates are a joke, and it's only been getting worse over time. 64 tick, Trust factor, Hackers, etc

So here I'm going to go over a few topics, most of which have been covered hundreds of times.

64 tick - 64 tick isn't as good as 128 tick. Pros have been asking for 128 tick for years, and they're 100% needed for a competitive game. You can't have a double standard here. You either cater your game twords casual players, or to more competitive players. Based on the pro scene, you'd think Valve wants this to be a competitive game. However, they've still been missing this for ages now. To those who think there's no difference, play on a 32 tick server with your fps capped at 30. Then play on a 128 tick server with a 244 hz monitor... See a difference? I think so.

Hit registration - This has been a problem since head hit boxes were a joke. It's still an issue, which is a little more apparent when on Valve's 64 tick servers. If you think it's just my aim being off, it's not. Several pros and csgo youtubers have recorded how hit reg has been off for years. From crouching awp shots that disappeared, to bloody enemies that were hit for 0 in 0, this is still a problem.

Trust Factor - Trust factor's broken. If you don't believe me, as anyone that has a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ trust factor. Oh, and you don't have to hack to get a bad TF. For some reason many think you do, which just isn't the case. You can't do anything to improve your TF, Valve doesn't say what goes into your TF, and refuses to give any support as to why I get paired up with hackers. I know I have a bad trust factor, because spin botters have joined my lobby, and gotten red messages telling them my TF is "significantly" worse than theirs. Personally, I think your TF goes down every time you get reported, and either goes up so slowly you can't notice, or doesn't go back up ever. There has been no confirmation, that is just my belief.

Hackers - This one's honestly a joke. You can go on MPGH, hell, even GITHUB to get FREE UNDETECTED HACKS!?!?!? AimTux was undetected for years before Valve detected it. The day after it was detected, I can guarantee you someone already had a forked version which wasn't VAC detected. You can't hold global anymore without hacks, silver 1 is a cheat fest, mid silver/gold nova is a mix of "I'm a Global smuf" and "I'm not throwing, that takes too much effort". VACNet is a joke. There are public server plugins to auto ban spin botters, why can't Valve do something similar? *** Using the revenue from banned accounts to hire people full time to detect new hacks would be an improvement. Behavioral analysis of executables (similar to how AV's do it) would help speed up catching new hacks. Automatic bans for blatant spinbotters would be nice too. If you actually cared and worked on the hackers in this game, you'd use the people that hack for revenue generation to make the hack detection better. Instead, you preemptively made the game free to play, which is literally Valve Official HvH. I made a new account, played some wingman, and couldn't get past DMG because I got 100% spin botters. It's so bad that people were suprised that I was playing legit in prime. Some thought I was hacking because I didn't have potato aim.

Battle Royale - I don't know who was asking for this. IMO, this looks like a way to distract from fixing actual issues... Some people like it, so whatever.

Smoke bugs - You know that funny bug where you throw a smoke into a molotov, and it doesn't put it out from years ago? Still a thing in this game. You know that smoke bug where you can see people through the smoke? Yep, still a thing. You know... (list of all the smoke/nade bugs)

MM issues - What's better than getting queue'd with griefers? Getting queue'd against griefers while you're facing fake laggers with 300 ping. People still get boosted by hackers, and still spin bot in prime. Ping is also an issue...

Ping - I can spend money on computer hardware and networking equipment to get sub 10ms pings to official servers. However, even after I do that, I get put up against people with 100-500 ping (some actual lag, some fake lagging) which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. There's basically no max ping either, which means you can play on McDonald's Wifi in china, and still get queue'd up with me. Occasionally you'll get a laggy server, but that's not much of an issue anymore. (at least for me, your mileage may vary) Being able to set a max ping for teammates and opponents was needed years ago, and should be added right away. I don't care if it makes queue times longer. I want it. Right now I wait 10-15 minutes for games with griefers and laggers. I'd be willing to wait 5 more for decent teammates. Oh, and if your ping spikes from 10 to 276, and you start fake lagging around, YOU SHOULD GET KICKED.

Updates - Valve has argued that the reason they don't do weekly updates is to keep the updates "high quality". So that there is always something important in every update. So you actually care. The last several updates have been Skins, Skins, Skins, 1 new map, Skins, butchered vertigo a little more, Skins, Skins, Skins, Skins. See a pattern?

This game's honestly a joke. The fact they call it a "competitive" game is pathetic. Stop bragging about how many new accounts are being made, and how many people are playing now. They're all non prime accounts hacking. So in summary...

the cheat itself wasn't detected, it was the injection method (hints the UT bans)

hehe VACnet is effective. But very case that get detected has *also* to got thru Overwatch; plus additional Valve.
So, its somewhat reasonable that there is no massive change; unless Valve adds some IP bans or law-enforcment against cheat producers.
Fun fact: Epic and Blizzard are doing that for there games. With sucess!

Hehe, yush. You can quickly change your ID; even your MAC and Hardware ID is change-able.
But, it would at least show that the devs *would* care about the game. :P

Because spending millions on developing Vacnet and already having vac, overwatch, untrusted bans, prime and trustfactor indicates that the devs don't care, amiright?

Very well. Alright, so. New game mode that no one realy likes and no operations nor major updates regarding important changes since two years.

They are just trying to milk the cow more and more with adding bs cases; instead of a new operation. Or why not adding a monthly changing map pool; with old maps in CSGO?

High amount of the playerbase still can't run the game properly at 128ticks, and pros play on other servers that work on 128ticks, switching to 128ticks would cause more harm than good for normal competitive

When playing online game there is plenty of factors that decide, hitreg doesn't choose that X spot will be more "broken" than Y spot.

If you have cheat binaries send them to vacreview@valvesoftware.com and they will be added to VAC database. As for the behaviour scanning of .exe's it is really bad idea as you would get banned for having stuff like Discord Overlay, Google Chrome or other similiar software running. There is already behaviour scanning of players, that is called VACNet :P

If you don't cheat,grief, abuse any systems in the game your trust will be good, most of the people that have low trust are actually either very toxic or spam report everyone that is better than them. Judging from what you said about how many cheaters there are I guess you probably fit the 2nd category

People wanted BR since "survival map" leak, and just because you don't like it doesn't mean its bad

>Smoke bugs
1. If you throw the smoke directly at the fire it extinguishes it, I never saw smoke not doing that
2. That's only achievable by modifying NVIDIA Control Panel settings, to "fix" it Valve would need to risk banning everyone that uses Nvidia GPU
If you have a way of reproducing those bugs feel free to send the email to csgoteamfeedback@valvesoftware.com
Some bugs sent there were fixed in day or two

>Ping
Not everyone have best internet in the world and you can thank those "MM Server pickers" (which dont work btw) for having high ping. If you dont like people having high ping feel free to host your own server and autokick people with ping higher than what you want. Also if you wait 10-15 min you either live in very rural area (Middle East, Africa, Australia or there is problem on your end with connecting to CSGO servers)

Yes if you throw a molotov behind a smoke and you shift left / right simetiems the smoke becomes partial invisible .... as you can see textures behind it :)))))

Game was released in 2012 now it's 2019 .......
