100 - 200 fps in csgo with good pc

Why am I getting 100 - 200 fps in csgo when benchmarks online with similar specs as my pc are getting more fps (200 - 300 or over 300)?
specs:
Gpu: Vega 56 XFX
Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Ram: single stick 16gb Ripjaw 2100mhz (think may be the problem, thinking of changing the ram soon for 2 8gb sticks at 3000mhz)

The RAM is the problem, use two sticks so you benefit from dual channel and a high speed, ryzen proccessors need high RAM frequency

Thanks for the response, I guess my suspicions where right. Also what ram speed would you recommend for my cpu?

Im not a ryzen expert but anything arround 3000mhz or above should be fine, if you have tight budget you can always go for 2666mhz and overclock them
I had 2133mhz RAM and overclocked them to 2666mhz like almost 2 years ago and no problems

Have you tried the "fps_max 0" command? You should try it before spending money on new ram

Already have, I am also fairly sure now the ram is the issue as cpu intensive games I play appear to not always be running as good as they should be

1) OC your ryzen to at least 3.8Ghz 2) OC/replace the memories 3) try to lower the latencies and timings 4) i hope you play low competitive settings (otherwise the FPSs are a bit inconsistent).
I have 240Hz screen, my humanbenchmark reactions are below 160ms and i can sense very well when FPS rate goes under 270. It doesnt happen because my rig is good but at my old PC i had problem to flick consistently at 200fps.
