CS:GO disconnects when Cheat Engine is open

So I was playing some strategy game where I had to alter my resources due to bugs. (HOMM 7)

Later I switched to CS:GO and forgot that there's instance of CE left open (not active tho). 5 seconds in game I get kick suggesting me to read this:

Even after closing CE I wasn't able to enter the game (although it is 100% that the game wasn't even memory scanned by CE, only open deep in background last used 2 hours ago).

Now I can fix this issue, this is not big deal. The big deal is it shows how simple and useless VAC system is. Instead of actively scanning the alterations of game's data it just goes for "detected cheatengine.exe running, kicking player". This is pretty much the reason why CS:GO infested with cheaters. There's no real anticheat. Only a joke of anticheat that will kick some clueless guy who will have most popular cheating tool for offline games running in background. It is same like having police cops that can't stop criminals but only can put in jail a student for bad parking.

And the funny part is game 20 years old. I'm able to play on Pokerstars in live poker for real money sessions with Cheat Engine open, but no, VAC is ahead of them.

I feel sorry for the developers if this is the best they could come up with. Sad for the game.

Heh, still same issue, was using it to a different game, went competitive, had a good game and got disconnected. Now my team suffer with bot... And i cant reconnect anyhow.
