CS:GO Stuck at loading screen after update

Whenever i try to play the game in any mode (even with bots) it loads the maps correctly. everything in my earphones works fine. it seems the game is in process because i can hear the shooting sound but what i see is loading screen which display retriving game data.
I tried-
1. verifying integrity of game files
2. uninstalling and again installing the game.
3. clearing all temporary files on windows.

I can hear my teammate talking and my gun shooting but it still stucks at loading page

luck i think..
what i notice is, there always 1 file failed to validate each time after screen freeze(game still running,can shoot, talk to people, jump, etc)
i even quit the game properly. (i remember where exit button is)
that is our problem here..

I tried everything now it turns into full black screen while in game (can walk jump and shoot but in black screen)
