Care to give an accurate source on that? Rank has nothing to do with how effective Overwatch is. Overwatch bans are 99.8% accurate when a conviction is made.
It doesn't take a global to see blatant cheating.
VAC bans? Maybe some people reported of false bans but Overwatch?

Yes, both can be false, but saying that he was false VAC'd by reports is just plain wrong.
Yeah i think the 16 hrs he has and 0.1 hr on tf is his doing.
That and the fact that I said Overwatch couldn't be wrong. Which you should mention. Anyway let's not sway the actual thread here.
We already seen all these types of "fake bans" and yet they seem to be lying most of the time. Why is this much different?
OP is most likely not a false ban though.
