How to unban your friend to play together

We were playing together against bots. After one of my frined's suicides he was banned and couldn't connect to play with me any more. I mean not competetive but for example workshop maps for duels. we were in the same lobby but he was disconnecting every time. So how can I allow him to play with me again? amx_unban and removeid are not working

I got banned from my own server for TKing a bot once, i just restarted steam and it fixed

If its a loclhost via csgo play you just need to make a new loppy if you are using a srcds server you only need to restart the server and that should work fine and for the next time change this command sv_autokick 0
