Go on the community server browser type in !ws and it will allow you to try any skin you want on there (but not keep it obvs) I used it to decide which skins i would buy :D

The only chance of actually getting one for free is winning a giveaway or getting a cobblestone package at a major or something : /

Actually there is a simple way how to get AWP Dragon Lore without money:

• get a drop from the game (1 euro skin)
  
• trade that skin for other skin with higher price (1.10 euro)
  
• trade again and again and again until u will get AWP | Dragon Lore (Battle-Scarred) (600-700 euro) or skin/skins (~600-~700 euro).

This is not so bad ;D I had 10 Steam trading cards 5-6 yrs ago, and I got Level 123 and I've spent 0.00 real money.
