Bad FPS i5 7400 + gtx 1070 help!

i5 7400
and csgo installed on SSD
monitor 144 hz and still cant get 144 fps stable on inferno or other map, wtf is wrong with my pc? i already clean my pc. someone can help me?

Had the same problem with an i56400 + 1070ti , but i had 200FPS with 120FPS Drop, all you need it's to upgrade CPU to avoid bottleneck or reduce the CPU demand by putting the game on high Resolution and max setting , when your CPU hit 100% the FPS gonna drop a lot and your game gonna slutter aswell , so yeah ...

done i got a problem only in csgo with other game like fortnite or Rainbow six siege i have 144+ fps stable

It's clearly not those issues, either drivers conflicting or ur CPU is pretty much heating.

Try stress tests and check out the temps. Because i5 7400 should absolutely fine to run CS:GO

My FPS is bad too and laggy after the new update. Seriously valve needs to fix this. I was watching simple stream on other day and his FPS WAS dropping 300 to 20 fps. Jeez.

Maybe it's Intel related issues then?

I have zero problems on my Ryzen.
