no, there are skins for asian countries and skins for the other parts of the world, where e.g. skulls are allowed; dont fake infos

I'd say if they don't already, they should just have perfect world models of the skins that don't meet the party's aversion to skulls and that sort of things. But perfect world is really just a way for Chinese people to play on mainland servers without a ♥♥♥♥ ping or having to know how to speak English/filipino/indian/russian/thai/japanese/etc. whatever they do there won't effect your inventory.

Sounds like a good idea. Gambling (thus the skins in general) will be banned in Europe before long anyway (some countries have already banned the lootboxes) Asia might never do this or only follow in many many years after, so it makes sense to expand their business there. Personally I would rather see a new FPS from valve, that were abit more slow paced and realistic, full priced, no open cfg, no lootboxes etc.. But that will never happen sadly.
