I tried 1440x1080 on 4:3 Ratio but it appears it only shows Half the screen or it's not Centered
I've watched banana gaming's youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFSCCuDMPkc

And he said that 1440x1080 is the best 4:3 resolution so I've decided to use this resolution and i've made a custom resolution that's "1440x1080" and creating a custom resolution was a success. After I made that custom reso and I started CS:GO and picked that particular custom made reso it work but it only shows Half the screen or 1/4 of the screen or it's not centered.

PC Specs:

Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core i3-7100 @ 3.90GHz
RAM: 8.00GB
Motherboard: ASUSTek Computer INC. EX-H110M-V
Graphics: 1024MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Storage: 465GB

Monitor Info:
MONITOR Name ASUS VH228 on AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Current Resolution 1920x1080 pixels
Work Resolution 1920x1040 pixels
State Enabled, Primary
Monitor Width 1920
Monitor Height 1080
Monitor BPP 32 bits per pixel
Monitor Frequency 60 Hz

(I'm trying to use the 1440x1080 Resolution but it appears it's only showing half the screen. That's why I'm not using my recommended resolution.)

Use 16:9. Theres no reason not to as you can see more on the edges.
4:3 is mostly a relic of the old 1.6/CZ days where widescreen would make you LOSE FOV.

What are your GPU Scaling settings? Is your GPU set to stretch images to 16:9, keep aspect ratio, or display 1:1 pixels?

I turned off GPU Scaling settings because it turns black bars ON.
