useless weapons

counterstrike got ♥♥♥♥ing boring. you have 3 weapons to choose from. standart handgun, standart rifle and the AWP. look at a recent pro match. 3 ♥♥♥♥ing wepons (5 if you count sides) soooo ♥♥♥♥ing boring. 34 weapons ingame. and only 5 get (can be) used (2 by force of wich team you are in). freakin boring af.

okok, i thought about it. there´s also the eagle and some random smg thats affordable. that makes 7 (6) weapons in total that are usable in pro matches. out of 34. why have the rest if they are (according to pro players) ♥♥♥♥ing unusable? i ♥♥♥♥ing hate it. make every weapon fun!

im not nearly a pro, or even good. but i like to watch CS. but if only 1/5 of the guns have a purpose for good players...why even have them? it seams boring :/

idk if that is fixable. but pls fix it :(

People will use better guns, like rifles over smgs when they have money. People simply choose the weapon they are best at.
Do you want them to add more rifles?
When I have max money, I buy a pistol and it is not always deagle. I buy the five seven or tec 9 because it is an accurate weapon good to finish enemies off instead of using a weak glock. Sniper pros use the cz auto pistol. They also have to use smgs at some point because they can't always afford their favorite rifle. Weapon variety exists - if you want it to - you can play the entire game deagle only every round if you wish so.
Every weapon also has its advantage, therefore not useless

have you seen any recent pro matches. sure, some people in pubs buy what they want and have fun with. but all pro-players come down to like 3 or 4 weapons. i think that makes pro-lvl-play boring to watch :/

Why should they use worse weapons when they can use the statistically best, and their most confident and practised weapon that will get them a win / kill. If they have 16000$ why would they choose the scout over the awp, or even the mag-7? They just want to win.

m8 u seem like dont get it
there are not just few guns to use and other boring
there are few guns with best stats like damage/armor penetration etc but they are just for rounds when u got enough money thats like awp, m4a4/a1-s (or ak),sg or aug, and other if u mastering them for "full" rounds but there are guns for "force" rounds when u have not enough money for "full" like famas,all smgs depends on which one u preffer and then shotguns bealive me shotguns are soo funny to play with and other guns too every player is different and like different smg/pistol/rifle more than other. if u dont like that game ok but this solution is not fixing anything. its game breaker to change guns there are other important things to change like few hitbox/hit reg problems. and if u think pros play just with few guns and its boring than okey just dont watch it but i saw lots of pros play and watching them since 2013 so i know they use shotguns too and u can see how they preffer diferent guns and its kinda funny sometimes when they use guns from lower ranks like xm10.and whats important its not supposed to be funny these pro matches are competions and it is supposed to be serious.there is rlly lot of funny MOMENTS in pros league and if u think its boring its just not your "cup of tea"
dont like pros playing like that watch different game league
dont like game systems that are not "broken or bad" then change game and play something like insurgency

Well look at the economy. You got good economy: you buy the best guns you can afford.
You got bad economy: you go for the cheaper guns, still choosing the best to outplay your enemy team. Thats why you have so many different guns, every gun can be useful. It depends on your tactic.
If I know the enemies push B on mirage every round, sometimes I buy a MAG 7 even if my economy is good. If they rush and suddenly you jump and oneshot them it actually is pretty useful. jm2c

@ pew pew pew: yeah. shutguns are fun to play. my favorite gun is the P 90. i had LOTS of fun playing with it. but i havent seen A SINGLE pro-game where its used. its just not worth it to buy for pro-players.

Because p90 is not accurate, it's just an rng thing that happens to be in the game

Rng is not what pros want and certainly not the viewers. The only exceptions are plays like Simples noscope on b cache when he drops from heaven, thats rng and people like it. But rng is just annoying.

I think the current stats of the gun is fine.
Just because the gun is not being used a lot in a competitive match doesn't mean it's useless for all Players.

The reason why Pros using those guns is because the consistency of the gun to get kills in the match especially in Competitive scene where Consistency is more important.

Also, game changes are not just for Pros to enjoy, but all Players as well.
