Best res for highest FOV ?

You cant change the fov in csgo, i'm guessing you want a resolution where you can see the most. If so, its your native resolution.
You can also use a workshop map to change your viewmodel.

Incorrect. 4:3 has lower fov than 16:9. A small difference, but still a difference.

Well, he was asking for the resolution with the fov. I'm pretty sure his native resolution isn't 4:3

My native resolution is 16:9 1920x1080
