Some say there is lag hacking and teleportation but i don't think so.

There are many patched cheats like speedhack, silent aim, instant bomb plant+explode, instant defuse...

There are also cheats you'd never know in OW like fullbright, 3rd person, zoom on any gun...

And there is no flash and no smoke.

i miss silent aim :( i play hvh and missed feeling the feel when someone dumps u. also instant bomb plant/defuse and explode is not rly a thing only for like 3 max chests had that feature

Instant bomb defuse was a thing aswell. Laghack does exist. Backtrack and triggerbot aswell. Also it's called wallhack but it's not a wallhack, it's an esp. Wallhacks don't exist in CSGO. Wallhacks make your walls transparent while an ESP creates some sort of hitboxes. There is also a cheat which makes enemy targets in a specific color so you see them faster (glow or whatever it's called). Skin changer does exist aswell. Rapidfire, silentaim and other things exist aswell.

"Sadly" speedhack doesn't exist anymore, you can see how it looks like in 1.6 in this video at 50 seconds:
