I’m having something similar happen to me. I used to have constant 150 but it’s starting to drop below 100.

check your computer temps using hwid or any other temp monitor software while you are playing.
To see if your pc is throttling itself because of high temp.

I would also look into limiting your frames to whatever HZ your monitor is or using rtss to limit the frames.

Temperatures are a real factor in terms of performance. Check your cpu and gpu usage, if they get to 100% you will experience some stuttering as well as fps drops.

Also, don't reinstall the game. Try verifying game integrity files. If that doesn't work, THEN reinstall.

If you install it, you should launch it.
It will tell you all the temperatures of each component in your pc. The one's you should be looking at is the Processor (CPU) and the Graphics Card (GPU).

If the processor runs higher than 70°C, you should start to see that your cpu might be needing better cooling.
Try using -d3d9ex in the launch options of CSGO. It basically reduces your cpu memory usage, which will also decrease the usage overall.
