For example I've:
-w 1024 -h 768
which is obviously 4:3
And to be honest: No one needs such ratios in csgo. Nearly all player play cs with 4:3, the rest with 16:9. The reason is more fps and because people in csgo look at the crosshair with the eye and when they wanna look somewhere they aim there with the crosshair, not the eye.
Such aspect ratios are made for racing games etc., not for shooter and especially not for cs.
I know pretty much everything which is relevant to settings and that's the problem... such high resolutions and aspect ratios are not really relevant and very unusual. Maybe someone else has a better idea if and how to change it.
Sorry.
you need to make it on your videocard first for it to be supported in the game ! .. you can allways make your videocard override any ingame resolutions to match what you pick yourself !
