How do the Pick em' trophies work?

When a tournanent with pick em trophy is you will see what to do ingame. You buy the stickers from ingame menu and have a tournament tree where you have to place your bets. How many bets you have right after the final decides what quality of trophy you get

So hypothetically I could place a "bet" on every team. then I would get a gold pick em trophy garunteed? Or can I only bet on a certain number of teams?

You have to choose the winner of the match, obviously you cant say everyone wins...
