shift + tab on csgo not working

Hello my friends i have big problem steam on cs go not working i don t know reapair this bug

I enable this options and remove and reinstall and doesn t work

Don't use SHIFT+TAB on loading screens. After it loads, it won't work. I have that kind of issue.
