kills with certain weaponry, hands over certain amount of cash, knife being the most, and awp being the least, kills also factor in, so kill alot of people with the worst weapons, to gain even more money

It is possible at CT side in hostage scenario, because reaching and rescuing hostages grant extra money.

It is possible, if on T side on a defuse map ,getting the bomb planted gives extra money.If on CT side on a hostage map,interacting with the hostage gives extra money.Killing enemies with weaker weapons like Pistols/SMGs/Shotguns give more money than rifles.Killing with the knife gives the most money.So if you combine all of these, and winning the round, you can get AWP on the second round of casual. I have done that a couple of times by killing multiple enemies and making sure the objective is done, while not spending any money on the first round.

There are no money cheats. Speedhacks doesn't exist either in csgo (only in 1.6).
When someone is too stupid for a discussion you should mute/block him, so just mute/block him.
