70-80 ping is good to play?

i feel it so hard to fight against 5-50 ping player

It depends on your standard. I have played years with 144 ping, then "upgrade" to 126 ping. So, 70 was good for me.
Nowadays I have around 17-30 ping, so 70 might be a little low for me.

For objective thinking, 70 is limit point between green area (nicely playable) and yellow area (playable, but not optimal).

It's not cheap I'll tell that. That's why play csgo weekly. It's really a pain in the neck.

maybe, if your net speed test gives lower ping for your net than that it might be worse than if your avg. ping is f.eg. over 100.. so it is not just a ping thing.

80 ping sucks ! you will never win against people with less then 50 ping because you barley see them in your screen and then you*re dead instantly

see it depends on other people's ping. the delay between u and the server is the ping. but if the opponent has the same ping. u would see the opponent having 140ms faster edge over u. in the other way u have 140ms advantage over the opponent if u peak first. this is called peaker's advantage

People that look like they have 5 ms most often dont really have 5ms but rather a pingscript or pinghack
