Hello,
Did you check your max_fps settings?
Try to update the nvidia drivers

How old are those videos you saw? Because cs go has gotten more demanding since 2-3 years ago. You could try this launch option: -d3d9ex
It helps with fps and makes tabbing out and back in almost instant.

Well this happened to me in the past with a gtx 950, when i bought the graphic card i've was getting alot of fps like 200+, then one day i was getting around 50 fps, was like WTF, then after clean my Pc cause was dirty, i've figured that my processor was overheating with (Speed fan), like 80/90°, when it was supposed to have 60° max, so i've changed the thermal paste and it got solved, that was ruining my fps. When was the last time that you changed ur thermal paste? and you was getting higher fps before? it can be a virus too that makes huge load on processor..

Set all video settings to lowest, resolution to 720p, fullscreen. That's it.

That became the default launch option. Since the update in April or May.

Hi everyone,

Having the same problem.. also with a gt1030. Uninstall and reinstall drivers and nothing.
Really do not understand what happen.

Previously get around 150fps+, now it goes around 80fps.

The main thing, it's that I feel the mouse sensibility like late response, hope you stand what I mean.

Any suggestion will be pleased :)

thank's

Buying a new GPU could solve your issue.

cs go needs a beefy cpu and not a beefy gpu

cs go eats cpu power like no other game so a new cpu is top priority if you want better fps single core performance is 100% better to focus on rather then high performance multi thread support

You can be bottlenecked by GPU aswell. And the load on gpu increases pretty quickly as you increase your resolution towards fullhd and up

cs go dosent really require any beefy graphics cards thou...1Gb graphic card is fine

along with a good cpu and you will get smooth fps
