There is only Windows Faceit client and AC. They just prevent you to download because you don`t have right OS

Just try to find games. Sometimes it doesnt require anticheat. That's your best bet.

had mac for most of my time playing csgo, faceit was hard to play when they put the anticheat
need to wait for them to update
