Cashout skins?

Didn't see anything in the rules about this sort of discussion so forgive me if its not allowed.

Where are people cashing out skins for $ via paypal?

I've read some stuff about Bitskins changing ownership and not paying out. I've read skinbaron is the next best thing but they have %15 fee plus conversion to US dollars since its in Germany..

What's the safest fastest way to do this as of Nov. 2019?

I lately sold my skins through skinbaron and just let them put the money on my bank account through bank transfer, took a few days but worked great, there is a fee though but can't remember it at this moment.

my friend recently used cs.deals to cash out their skins, took a few days for it to go into paypal. But going to crypto currency was instant (They used my crypto currency account)

They send it in euro and PayPal converts it into your specific currency.
