Not necessarily. Trust Factor is impacted by a user's experiences on Steam and in CS:GO. If you have been a positive member of the Steam Community in the past, you will likely enter CS:GO with a high Trust Factor.

To these new guys playing, seeing this BS in regular games on casual/comp all the time, i'm suprised new players stick around, honestly.
This applies to most games imo, CSGO is free now but it wasn't for a very long time but you get the idea.
