What makes you think the game does not default to the server which has the lowest ping for you?

what i mean is there any software or apps to play different sever region that could lower your ping?

Lower your ping? If you set your "max acceptable matchmaking ping" to something like 50 you should never play on servers where you have higher ping than 50 (if available), the game uses servers nearest to you (when there are players) so you should never need to change your region in the first place. It will most likely only increase your ping.

I think there is some software to block certain regions or something but I don't have experience with that and since it is third party I will never recommend it to anyone.

Do you have ping issues?

Well I wanted to play with my friends back home. I'm immigrant here in NA. I tried playing with them and I have like 350 ping. and my game sucks. ;;(

Well that is going to be a problem indeed.. it is real life distance we are dealing with and there is not really a way to resolve that other then moving closer to each other.
