You need a lot of patience. Someone i know has had his knife up for about a month now because he set the price too high. I suggest if you want it sold faster put it up for less. Otherwise just wait.
Expensive items take a while to get sold.

If you want to sell it faster, put around 10 euros more than the buy order. Or put as close to buy order as possible.

Then just be patient, you should be able to sell them in 2/3 days at most.
