I don't think so. 1366x768 = 16:9 aspect ratio. 1024x768 is 4:3 aspect ratio. If you have a 16:9 screen using a 4:3 resolution is pretty much as far as you can go in terms of stretching your resolution.
I don't know about setting completely custom resolutions though, I guess you could try that to stretch even more but I honestly don't see the point in that.
You could set custom resolutions. 768x768 is a 1:1 res but the horizontal pixels get stretched a lot.
