Changing country from belgium to france

Im on a 2 month vacation in france and changed store to france. A friend of mine informed me that unlike belgium you can open souvenir cases in france. So i went to try it but it still says it isnt allowed in this country. Are lootboxes also banned in france or isnt my profile updated yet and do i still wait for some more time before trying again?

Your country location is connected to your payment method, not your GPS location.

ow so i also have to add another payment method from french then?
cuz at the moment i have no paymentmethod added
