Failed to Find A Dedicated Server (Workshop Maps Error)

I can't join any workshop map in CS:GO.
Verified Game Files
Formatted my hard drive
Reinstalled steam
Reinstalled CS
Restarted the PC
Installed the latest NVIDIA Driver
Deleted the Workshop folder...

This is what it gives me for a crosshair map (console)

same. but on google just advises like, verify files but that didnt help
