How to add a bot that won't move?

So when practicing I like to have bots as targets, but is there a command that makes them not move, and spawn where I am?

1. bot_add_ct or bot_add_t
2. bot_stop 1 so the bot won't move (sv_cheats 1 needed)
3. bot_place bot will teleported to where your crosshair are
