How to get a color changing hud??

Umm, i just saw zuhn's new video and his hud color is changing and changing like a color cycle. And my question is how?? Thank you:)

I'm nova, u can just watch my gameplay... I was supreme before this nightmare january-february hell started. And now i'm stucked at nove forever, but i like it.
