what is banned_user.cfg ?

I mean i got it in my csgo folder in csgo/cfg (note that i am not vac banned in csgo) but i am permanently banned from any workshop is that why that file exists ?

unban myself from what ? , the workshop ban is from an active vacban on another game so thats not the case nor i m like temporarly banned in csgo or smth justp playd a comp

everybody owns a server.
when you play offline with bots you do that on your own listen server.
and dedicated server software is free too.

You clearly lack reading comprehension. But next time when a friend asks you about something, you explain it to him and then another friend asks whst the problem was/is and your friend with the question explains to him that he didn't know something and asked for an answer you can also play the part of beeing a bad person and brag about that you already explained it.
