What is the "Perfect World" Version of CS:GO?

Different country has different rules in media.

For example, Death Note is banned in China.

It's the china version of CS:GO which only exist for china only.
You can play the Perfect world version either using their own Launcher or use "-perfectworld" command in launch option ( but you will need a China phone number for registering )
