No it's a scam. You really need to have a sense of third person. Not even your mom gives you 34 dollars. Why would some website based in the Russian federalization give you 34 dollars? If a homeless man walks up to you and says, 'hey, if you give me five dollars, I'll give you 50.' Would you accept the deal? You need to really think about these things. I don't mean to be rude or to hurt your feelings, but the fact that you are even asking if it's real raises many red flags.

Its most likely to be legit if the free bonus is $ 0.5 or $1, before depositing i usually ask my friends or i search the site in youtube
