One of their bot added me then tell me i won the knife, it told me to go on that website and enter the code it gave me, i couldnt login steam on the website, it moved me to w TFskin.com ???

No, it's a common scamming method. Change your password to your steam account and clear your cookies and browser cache.

It has a fake log in page. Upon entering your ID and PW, the site owner will have access to your account.

Check your account log in history here. Your account should have been logged in by strangers from another country.

When compromised, bots can modify your trade offer by cancelling your current trade and create new ones to a fake profile. As the trade modification was instant, you could have authenicate it on phone without knowing.

Safeguard

• Do not trade.
  
• Change your Steam password.
  
• Deauthorize all other computers or devices, except the one you're using.

Never enter your password on a non Valve site in the future. Trading sites use API which will create an ID identifier and all you need to do is sign in.
