Shooting someone at round start and not getting a cooldown in Competitive?

How do I do it?

You need to complete the kill in the base to get a cooldown i think

Yes that is true.

I watched Kandis' video and i was sbocked that at round start he was begging to get awped in the head but the teammate didnt get kicked. Pretty weird.

It doesn't work like that, I think its 8 seconds or something within the round start

You need to kill somebody at round start (or few seconds after) in atleast 2 bullets (or 1 hit, 2 teammates dead) to get cooldown

I mean people shoot in the head and get no cooldown the second the round starts with a single shot. How do they do it?

You wont get banned if u shoot someone with a weapon that is scoped in. But that is only a one time per gaem. If u do it twice, you get banned.

Like I said, you need to shoot atleast 2 bullets or get double teammate kill with one to get cooldown

Thats why if you one tap somebody with awp once at round start nothing will happen, valve added this after people cried that they "misclicked" and got cooldown
