Can Throttlestop trigger VAC ban?

So i discovered that undervolting can do wonders for my laptop's CPU temp. I recently downloaded Throttlestop and I have been enjoying using it, worrying less about my machine's health.

It just occured to me since it is technically an external program, could VAC treat it as a malicious software of any sort? Or is there nothing to worry about?

Throttle stop does not modify the .exe of CS (which is what cheats do).

It does not interfere in any way with the game itself, so no, you should be able to use it safely.

I highly doubt it, False vacs are reversed anyhow.
