Best monitor for cs

my budget is 250$ and i want 144hz
is BenQ Zowie XL2411P enough ?
or can i find anything better for that price

Buddy.. if you see the "244hz" 24 inch monitors being used by pros the most.. then use common sense and go for the "244hz" 24 inch monitor.

Actually.. these are what they prefer and use in their own gameplay times..
In tournaments.. I see 24 inches most but I do also sometimes see 27 inches soooo yeah.

Are you pretending be stupid? If pros prefer to use 24 inch screens in their free time when they get full choice over their monitor, maybe it is the best option to have?
Tournaments are sponsored and if you pay them enough you can have them play on 48" 30hz televisions.

Can't remeber which tournament but I know atleast one had XL2730 displays because thats what I have.

Your accusing me of dis-information when your claiming things as facts without evidence to back it up. I haven't claimed any fact I've just contested your view isn't a fact.

Example. Figures for example purposes only.

A person with a 24" display 2" from their face will have the same field of view as if they had a 27" display 3 inches away from their face.

Now as for closeness would help a person aim better as the pixels are closer/bigger argument. You'd be correct. But the closer a person is to the display the less the see in their peripheral vision.

SO there are counter points to your argument smaller and closer is better for shooters. If you can provide evidence that clearly defines the best distance/size of a screen for aiming without sacrificing peripheral vision by all means link it.

I haven't done neither. I pointed out there are both positives and negatives when it comes to size of display and its positioning.

This is dumb because CS players are not professional car drivers nor phone users. They are professional Counter Strike players hence their opinion on Counter Strike related things matters. This includes computer hardware.
If all Formula 1 drivers drive a BMW M series in their free time, this actually means something. If all the olympic runners wear Asics running shoes in their free time this means a lot too.
