Bought X-Ray P250 but can't scan crates?

Hello,

I'm so glad that France gets to scan crates for their contents but did I get sold the X-Ray P250 without the ability to scan?!

Am I missing something? How do I scan?

The X-Ray P250 is JUST the skin, nothing else but a skin for the P250 gun.

The X-Ray Scanner Item is a France-Only item. You cannot get it unless you live in France.

It's exclusive only to France players. They can see a scan menu after getting the genuine p250-x-ray.

Yep.
genuine is only for french and is the one loaded by default in the scanner.
And the scanner is nothing else than a loophole to open case, you simply pay after the opening and everything is locked if you don't (that's why a P250 genuine XRAY is loaded by default, so you can't have a free opening and abuse the system)

You bought the X-Ray Package ? That's only for non-french people.
French people are forced to buy a non-skinned (ft,ww,stattrak ect) default x-ray p250 for $2.20 before they can use the scanner.

Sooo, if you bought the Package you obviously are not french.

Not to mention French can no longer buy cases. I don't know if I can still drop somes.....I didn't have any since the last update but I don't play that much.

And I believe that French can also buy the package too. The package doesn’t even need X-ray cuz there is only 1 skin in it.

You need to click on a weapon case like you want to open it. then the game will show you the scanner window and asks you to buy the x-ray.

Eeven slicy worst.

The scanner show you the X-RAY case wich containt the p250 and you can't scan next case until you bought the key to open the case already in the scanner.

Did you seriously thought Valve would let you scan Weapon cases until you see a Sapphire Bayo pop up there to buy it with a $2.2 key?

Taht's not a complain against you, don't worry.
It's logical it works that way. if it don't I'm pretty sur we would had 80 millions french steam account for 67millions actual french in 24h. x)
