Question about Genuine P250 | X-Ray

We all know that P250 | X-Ray is available for purchase not only for France players but for all players worldwide, but there is one question that stuck in my head, can I (which I'm not from France) still get or buy the Genuine version of the gun? I know that using VPN are against the Steam Subscriber Terms but lets just say I take the risk of getting banned because of using the VPN to anonymously (and instantly) change my current store location to France. Any answer really appreciated. Thank you.

No, the genuine is for France.
You could get it by changing everything on steam account to France + a VPN, but that's hard, and against steam ToS.

You can't get genuine P250's anymore as far as I can tell.

after the global update, all P250's bought before that were converted to genuine quality.

I still have a P250 in the scanner, but the quality is not indicated. Only the collection X-Ray collection.

EDIT: I don't plan to buy it, so if you want me to check the quality of the P250 I have in my scanner, you'll have to send me a 2€+ skin to compensate the price of the key for me.

Also, notice taht changing store to Franc,e is against the steam terms, and you might also get the disadvantage of no beeing able to buy cases.

I live all the way in Australia and this happened...

I was selecting a pistol for a deathmatch. I was gonna select the P250, so I hovered my mouse on it. It said "Genuine P250 | X-Ray." My Terrorist agent was even holding it! However, when I selected it, it just equipped my P250 Valence.

Anyone know why?
