If you can find the download for the nvidia 418 drivers from before april 2019, there is the option to enable stereoscopic 3d. This can be used when wearing a VR headset and play with mouse and keyboard (not VR controllers).

It's not really VR, but you can wear your headset and use it instead of a screen.

I saw those videos. How do they even play like that? I got sick watching them pan off to the left and right.

Stereoscopic is not really optimal. I never used it for CSGO, but I've tried it on games from the trackmania series. Games made for VR headsets give a much better experience though, but you have to get used to it, because you can get motion sickness while sitting in chair lol.

Well you're not going to do 180s with a headset.

Stereoscopic 3d view is different from VR. It's a static double screen, there is no moving with the headset. It's just a screen per eye. Giving a little the illusion of a 3d experience.

Thats the closest you can get to csgo. Theres just no real support for vr csgo so its not worth even trying to make it work.
