Two beeps followed by lag
When I play CS:GO I will be able to move around and play like normal for a while but eventually I hear two short beeps in my headphones and then I begin to lag. My computer should be able to run the game very easily. It started happening today and I also got a new mouse today. I do not know if that is the problem or not. How do I fix this?

What mouse? If it's wireless, it might be warning about low batteries.
It's an Omen Reactor Wired mouse

Do you have the software for it installed and have the polling rate set at 1000hz?
Polling rate is set at 1000hz. I do not know if I have the software for it because it is not showing up in the device manager window. I have tried looking for it online but I can't seem to find it.

Command Center for the mouse: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/gamingpcs/omen-command-center.html
When updating the firmware there is a window that says "PASS" after I press a button that says "Flash" but I still get the issue where I hear a beeping sound when I press my mouse in game for the first time and get lag.

Try the Command Center software. It might give an indication of problems with Windows or the Mouse.
I downloaded the Command Center software but I am not seeing anywhere that I can see issues. There is only an option for "Lighting," "Macros," and "Settings." in the "Settings menu the only things in it are sensitivity, polling rate, liftoff distance, and dpi indicator.

The beeping is coming from my mouse. I disabled the sticky keys setting stuff.

Use the software to lower the polling rate. Some PCs can't handle 1000hz.
I did that but the issue is persisting. I was thinking that it may be a motherboard or bios issue after looking online. The issue occurs outside of the game as well.

Mice don't normally beep. Are you sure it's the mouse and it's actually beeping?
The beeping is coming from my speakers/headphones but the beeping is caused by pressing the mouse a lot of times in a short amount of time.

Try a different USB port. Is Windows fully updated?

Edit: What other USB devices do you have plugged in?
I have a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard, HyperX Cloud II, and a Wifi adapter plugged in. The issue still persists even when plugging my mouse into a different usb port.

Are you using Razor software with that keyboard? If so, try exiting it and testing the mouse.
By exiting do you mean uninstalling it?

You should be able to either exit it from the task bar or kill it in Task Manager.
I ended all razer related tasks in Task Manager but the issue still occurs. I am no longer experiencing it outside of CS:GO now.

I managed to find a solution. All I had to do was remove the Xbox One from the bluetooth devices in my settings and that resolved the issue of my mouse beeping at me. Thank you all for the help I appreciate it immensely.
Thank you have saved me for a lot of problems
