Maybe Valve killed it because your NOT suppouse to cash out?; Im pretty sure it breaks the TOS to exchange Steam goods into real currency and not steam funds.

No its not the same.

Valve did something new and made that the new games that will be added on steam cant be sold in any other game selling company like epic store or gog.

Cs skins is made and provided by valve. Steam money isnt cant be cashed out unless without a help from a 3rd party site.

Skins cash. (skins.cash) or something like that is a site that lets you cash out all your skins instantly. It works. I use it all the time.

Just remember, they only give you a fraction of market price when cashing out.
