Bullets doing 0hp damage
Hello i have a problem with guns when I shoot like 50% of time bulets do 0hp damage.
I tested it with my friend. He was not moving i shot him with awp there was blod behind him and i did 0hp damage how can i fix this bug?

CS GO it's broken...if you play CSS or CS 1.6 or any other shooter and you've got no such problems...then it's clearly a game problem. CS GO it's broke as ♥♥♥♥, a shame that Valve make skins but not repair their bloody ♥♥♥♥ game.

umm from what i read from the OP was that he shot his friend while standing still and it did 0HP damage...now where does recoil come into the picture?

So :

64 tick server are a standard for like every FPS out there. Rainbow 6 siege or Overwatch are 64tix.
Not to mention the test done by I don't remenber his nmae youtube, makking 47tix, 64tix and 128 tix server and nobody was able to clearly say whitch one was which.

Regarding OP's problem ;

- Player model blood animation hitbox are slicy bigger than server hitbox. It's normal.
- none-sniper weapon have a falloff and a max range.
- for the AWP and other snipers, if the there any slice movement anywhere, the shot is random. SO the bullet animation could be in the middle of the target, while the shot itself is not. It's also normal


I would be able to precise more if you have a video of your problem.

Its not my clip but its like that i have problem in mirage to. Im going from ct to jungle i shot that scrap and it never brakes on first hit there are bulet marks.

Edit: its not only with awp i had 1 game yesterday where i hit afk guy in head with ak 4 times and he did not die.

Your problem could be the same symptom as that link without beeing actually the same problem.

Please, do a clip of yours;



EDIT: 2 clearly mooving on the first shot.
Slicy too early too.
And it's a 128/ tick server BTW, so that's proof that the 64 server is not here for anything but it's really a player input problem here.

The bullet hole is client-side, the actual hit is server-side. If you are running while shooting, there is randomness on the bullet, and the hole on the wall does not actually show where the bullet went. Sometimes it hits the went on your screen but it went to a totally different direction when it was calculated again on the server.

If you are 100% accurate and it still happens, then there is a problem. If that happens, please do take a clip of it and send it to valve so they can investigate.

So i found out that when i shoot a lot of times there is only red dots, blue dots dont even show up it happens like in every 10 shots.

CS:GO had Hit Registration problems since 2012

Fixing the HITBOX had nothing to do with the HITREG
