I don't know but I can't download steam :(

There's ways to get Linux onto a chromebook, but you can't download steam on the Chrome OS. I don't know how well it would run.

You would need to flash the os and either burn the image into an usb and boot, or replace hardware. After installing, you’d want to download steam via terminal, and then csgo.
