Is it possible to change region on csgo?

I'm tired of matchmaking with russians. If you know any solution please let me know. I'm playing on EU servers and i wanna move to NA servers.

When you live in eu and play on na servers than you've a 200+ ping = unplayable.

With mm_dedicated_search_maxping you'll get a lower ping on the servers, but your enemies and teammates are still people from russian etc.

this should lower the number of times youre matched with russians but wont guarantee that you'll avoid them

You can get good enough pings to the east coast. So western euro players should be able to select east coast servers.
